Today was a very busy day
It was really hard to handle and I fell apart for some reason. I didn’t have any pills with me to knock out the anxiety, so I just freaked out and had an emotional breakdown in a mall parking lot about being completely alone in another city and not being able to find my car after 45 mins of searching.
